Pray for Janice, a CLASS mom, and for her daughter Jenna who is recovering from gall bladder surgery. The last few months have been very difficult for both women, as they have had to cope with the loss the loss of two of their close relatives. Ask God to provide peace and strength to these women. The Town family had a fire in their home a few weeks ago. By God’s grace, no family member was harmed by the fire, and the blaze was confined to the basement area. Pray that the Lord would grant them patience and financial support as they endeavor to have their home repaired. CLASS parents, Martie and Charlie, have asked us to pray that God would make it possible for them to adopt a baby from China. Right now, they are experiencing a number of delays as they wait to receive a possible referral. Pray for the Brandon family. Their home was recently damaged by fire, and they are now forced to live with relatives. One of the children in this family has downs syndrome, so pray that the Lord would provide extra comfort for him. A CLASS student by the name of Jennifer had brain surgery last October. In recent days, however, she is having renewed problems. Jennifer will soon have an MRI, and further tests. Ask the Lord to grant the doctors wisdom as they seek to help this young woman, and for her complete healing. Pray for Blake, a CLASS graduate who recently enlisted in the Air Force. He will be obtaining specialized training in the near future, and hopes to soon begin taking college courses in his spare time. Blake asks for prayer that his future actions would bring honor to his family, country, and to the Lord Jesus Christ. Remember to pray for an end to the war in the Middle East. Pray also for the Lord to give the American people the desire to elect political candidates during 2008 that truly walk in step with the Word of God. |
