Please pray for Mr. & Mrs. J. and their son. Their house was struck by lightning on Friday and caught on fire. Mr. J’s hands were burned by the fire, and the family was only able to escape with the clothes on their back, their pets, a few portraits, and a Bible. It will be a long time before the family can move back into their home, for it will need major repairs. Pray that God would be pleased to heal Mr. J’s hands. Be sure to also pray that the Lord would enable this family to have their home restored in a timely manner. Mrs. D is a new homeschool mom with CLASS. She has requested prayer as she starts to teach her three children, one of whom has a learning disability. This mom is receiving pressure from extended family members who are doubtful that she can succeed. Please pray that Almighty God would grant her wisdom, peace, and success as she proceeds to home educate her children. Pray for Adam, a CLASS student who has serious health issues. The family also asks for prayer as they face mounting financial obligations. Miss C is a CLASS student that needs our prayers. Her sister was recently shot and killed. She and her family need God’s help to enable them to cope with this tragedy. Pray for a CLASS mom who was injured in a car accident last year in Kenya, and is still not well enough to teach her children. Ask the Lord to provide healing for Mrs. J so she may resume her teaching duties. Ask the Lord to provide healing for Mrs. B, a CLASS mother who has breast cancer. She is trusting in the Lord at this time. Pray for God to keep her faith and body strong. A CLASS staff member requests prayer for family members in Peru that have been affected by the recent earthquakes. She is thankful that none of her relatives have been injured, but she knows that several of them have lost their homes. |
