Q:
I need the transcript sent as soon as possible. Can you email it?

A: Email is not an option at this time. We can fax a copy of a transcript, at your request, for faster delivery. The fee is $5.00 per fax in addition to any fees for producing the transcript. Faxing shortens delivery time, but does not necessarily shorten the processing time for your request. While we try to respond as quickly as possible, we process requests in the order they are received. Transcripts usually take two to four weeks depending on the volume of requests received.

How do I request a transcript for my student?

Briefly, we need to receive a signed transcript request from you, and payment if required. We have to be able to identify the student and the destination for the transcript. The forms mentioned above make that easy. By the way, there are two kinds of transcripts you can request: Complete and Incomplete. If you request a Complete transcript, it will be sent only after all outstanding coursework is complete and recorded. When you request an Incomplete transcript, it will be sent even if some coursework is incomplete and does not appear on the transcript. Occasionally, colleges may request "Official" transcripts. When we mail official transcripts, whether complete or incomplete, we will apply our seal and signature.
