We are grateful for CLASS families who tell others about our ministry. Our referral program provides a tuition credit voucher for the referring family as a way of saying thank you. When we ship the materials for the grade level, we include a copy of our CLASS brochure and a referral form. If you have a friend that would be interested in our services, simply give them the brochure, which includes an application form. After they decide to enroll, simply send us the referral form and we will send the tuition credit voucher once the new family’s books have shipped. The voucher is currently worth $25.00 toward your next enrollment. It’s a great way to reduce your own tuition costs, and there is no limit to the number of referrals a family may send us. If you or your friends need referral forms to apply for a voucher, you may download a pdf file. You can also contact our Customer Service Department, which can send you as many forms as you need. |

Yes, everything can be mailed to our 502 W. Euclid address in Arlington Heights, Illinois, but to avoid delays you must address things to the attention of the right department. For details, go to Choosing A Departmant or see page 16 of your CLASS Handbook. If you are sending us several kinds of communications in one package (for example: work for grading, a payment, and a special request) we recommend putting each kind of work or correspondence in separate labled envelopes within your package or outer envelope. For work to be graded: separate any tests from daily work and R&I forms. Payments should be sent to the Finance Department. If you tuck a payment check into a stack of work to be graded, the payment may not reach the Finance Department in a timely manner. Other types of correspondence should be addressed to the appropriate department. |
