As you may recall, CLASS Director, Mark L. Beuligmann, joined Randy Thomasson of the California-based advocacy group Campaign for Children and Families, and many others, at a press conference at the Universal Hilton in Los Angeles on February 11, 2008.
The group called upon California families to remove their children from the California public schools in the wake of that state’s passage of laws which mandate the sexual indoctrination of even very young children in homosexual and other perverted lifestyles.
More recently, a California appeals court has made a ruling that denies parents the right to determine the nature of the education their child receives. It further required that any parent teaching a child at home must be state-certified to do so unless they are supervised in a manner acceptable to the state, thus reversing many years of progress in freeing homeschooling from government control.
